Autumn equinox is a time to begin turning inwards, nurturing the inner hearth and practice curious reflection.
In nature, we notice the trees begin to shift and stretch releasing and composting what has bloomed in the seasons before and completed its natural course.
Emma will guide you through heart activated breath-work, inner reflection on what needs composting and setting intentions for the autumn season ahead using the Art & Soul Oracle deck.
John will follow by guiding you through creating a beautiful crystal landscaped terrarium that can act as your seasonal alter to take home with you.
Your are welcome to bring a warm drink.
If you have something small you wish to add into your terrarium, please feel free to bring it along.
